About our staff
The present manager of Camelot has worked in care for the past 12 years in residential homes. Staff are selected for their qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism. We have 3 wakeful care staff on duty at night, 5 care staff on duty in the morning, 5 in the afternoon and 4 in the evening. By training staff so that we work as a team we achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients as well as helping staff members achieve their own goals.
Qualifications
Our staff have a range of qualifications and training at NVQ levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 in courses such as:
